SIGHT series

SIGHT
archival pigment prints (27” x 12”)

A photographic series exploring perception, place, and memory, inspired by an optic nerve scan of my eyes. I use this binocular image scan as a type of scaffolding membrane to gather, hold, and layer imagery embodying familiar and unfamiliar landscapes. This series reflects these ‘shifting visions’ that are both biologically driven and evocative of an ever-changing sense of place.
